Ok, Jessica Simpson has flourished, with her sub-par, over simplified line of shoes and accessories. She's just released a clothing line too, that belongs right where it is; on the racks at The Bay.
But the Olsen sisters, MK and Ashley, had already proven their talents with the very affordable Elizabeth and James (pictured below), and also released a high end line that was about as wearable as a white t-shirt and as affordable as your only pair of Manolo Blahniks. The Row. Heard of it? But, its created so much buzz this season, that the duo have landed themselves an editorial in September Vogue.
For Fall/Winter 2010 and Resort 2011, they've stuck with dark neutrals, which are all the rage this season. Safe, yes. But I've been so impressed with their choice of fabrics and use of structure that I've already just clicked "shop" on their thoughtfully-put-together website.
The only problem I've got with this Brand is their use of leather and furs. Blah.
But still, They've convinced me.
